Mainstream calorie trackers are heavy with features and track everything except the essentials. I care about living healthy and like reading the science behind it, so I built one that sticks to what matters.
Hi, I’m Florin. I’m Head of Development at Erasys GmbH, the company behind romeo.com, a dating platform used by millions, where I lead three engineering teams: mobile, web and backend. Backend is where I started. These days I reason about the whole system, from the app on your phone to the servers behind it.
In my free time I build small things, mostly to cover needs of my own. The apps listed here are ones I use.

Have you noticed how every time you make an appointment and get a calendar invite, it arrives as a mess? The title means nothing, and there are all sorts of other oddities. To make things worse, most calendar clients won’t let you edit such an event because it is owned by someone else. I needed a way to take control of my calendar events, so I built this. It takes an .ics file, strips away the useless metadata and exports it in a way that means something to you when you add it to your calendar. It is mainly built for myself, but feel free to use it. Your .ics files stay in the browser. Nothing is stored on the server.
